Matts Rotisserie & Oyster Lounge: Globally-Inspired Fare Cooked Over a Wood-Fired Grill

October 22, 2014 4:02 pm

Located within Redmond’s Town Center, Matts Rotisserie & Oyster Lounge has earned a loyal patronage through globally-inspired, sophisticated fare and friendly service.

Here, a wood-fired grill and rotisserie impart a depth of flavor to many of the dishes listed on the menu. For instance, a starter of nachos is topped with rotisserie chicken, while wood-fired grilled corn tortillas are stuffed with grilled salmon that's sustainably sourced. Regulars rave about the flaky beer-battered halibut and chips, as well as the slow-roasted prime rib, smoked over applewood. Of course, no "oyster lounge" would be complete without oysters on the half shell, and this popular eatery serves four to six different varieties of oysters every day.

Matts Rotisserie & Oyster Lounge is open seven days a week. Happy hour is offered 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close daily (all day long on Sundays!). Reservations are recommended.
